📅 How do I book a machine? Click “Check Availability” or “Book Now” to request your date. A 20% non-refundable deposit secures your booking. The remaining balance is due by 5 PM the day before your event. Bookings made fewer than 7 days before the event require full payment.
📦 Do you deliver and set up? Delivery and setup are available for qualifying orders across San Diego County. Your quote confirms the delivery charge, access requirements and pickup schedule. Pickup in Escondido may also be available. Equipment-only rentals need an adult operator; staffed service is quoted separately.
🚚 What’s included with a rental? Your quote lists the machine, rental period, mix or ingredients, serving supplies, delivery and any staffing included. Equipment-only concession rentals do not automatically include food, cups, bags or an attendant. Ask us to build the supplies and service you need into your event quote.
